4. Submitting a Job Vacancy
Recruiters and users can share vacancies with us by using the "Post Vacancy" form. By submitting a job, you confirm that the information is truthful and that you have the authority to post it.
5. Communication via WhatsApp
By joining JobInfo, you agree to receive job alerts and occasional announcements via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
6. Code of Conduct
- Do not post or share misleading, fraudulent, or harmful job listings.
- Do not use JobInfo for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
- Respect the privacy and safety of other users.
7. Content Ownership
All content shared on JobInfo remains the property of its original owners. By submitting any information (such as job listings or feedback), you grant JobInfo permission to display, distribute, and promote it as part of our services.

12. Data Collection and Usage
We collect basic personal data such as your WhatsApp number, job preferences, and submitted forms to deliver our services effectively. This data is stored securely and used solely for:

- Connecting job seekers with recruiters

We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
13. Consent and User Responsibilities
By submitting your details and using our WhatsApp-based services, you give explicit consent to receive automated and manual messages related to job listings, application updates, and support. 14. Platform Availability and Third-Party Services
JobInfo may occasionally experience downtime or limited functionality due to maintenance or third-party service issues (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta APIs). We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
